This project considers designing and selecting an energy efficient HVAC system, reducing energy consumption, and utilizing available renewable energy sources in a new construction multi-functional building in Isla Gonzalo, Chile.

Designing a shopping complex for KFUPM faculty members who are living inside the campus. The complex integrate every aspects of every system; Structural system, HVAC system, Fire System and other important systems.

In this project, the task was drawing working drawings for an entire villa. Small details were drawn and where perfectly designed including selection of material, different kind of schedules and reports for energy consumption estimating.
